When an organization certifies five team members at a discounted group rate, it helps A Hand Up provide one free CPR/First Aid/AED certification to a young person or community member preparing for a fresh start.
These sponsored certifications are intended for youth ages 14–24, young adults transitioning from supportive or transitional housing, and returning citizens rebuilding their lives after incarceration. Each participant receives a recognized credential they can add to a résumé as they pursue employment and new opportunities.
